Our normal business hours are 6AM until 6PM central time.

For orders placed during business hours, an email will be sent (normally within 5-10 minutes) which contains the password(s) to access your purchased report(s).  If for any reason an email with a password is not received within 10 minutes, please call 434-989-5512 at any time between 8AM and 6PM central time for an immediate response. 

For orders placed during non-business hours, an email with the password(s) will be sent by 8AM central time on the next business day.
